Why Study Management?
Learn the skills to become an effective leader in any industry.
In today’s rapidly changing environment, good management is key to the success — and even survival — of many businesses. Whether you want to work for a large employer or start your own business, Pacific University's business management concentration can help you launch your career.
Pacific University undergraduates with a major in business administration may choose a management concentration. Students learn in small classes with support from dedicated College of Business professors who are up to date on the latest research and trends in business management. You will learn about team building, analytical thinking and more as you prepare for a business management career. Our program is designed to give students the skills to effectively and efficiently manage organizations with responsible leadership.
What Can You Do with a Business Management Concentration?
As a student in the business administration major with a management concentration, you will build real-life skills through internship opportunities and coursework. Our graduates find business management positions in public and private organizations, government, nonprofit organizations, sales, research, advertising and promotion, management, and consulting.
