Christian Calderon, MBA
Professor Calderon earned his BE in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York and his MBA with an emphasis in International Management from Fordham University both in NYC. He also completed Ph.D. coursework in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at the University of Memphis.
Professor Calderon's teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Diversity. He has been published in the Journal of Management and condensed as a Research Brief by the Center for Executive Succession at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Before entering academia, Professor Calderon worked for over 15 years at The Turner Corporation, an ENR top three construction company in NYC, and at an international consulting firm in Miami. His work experience includes Construction & IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Corporate Recruitment, Training, & Mentoring. A native of Peru, Professor Calderon speaks Spanish fluently and has a passion for traveling and coaching.
