Jennifer Yruegas, JD, MBA

In addition to being the Dean, Jennifer is also Pacific University’s General Counsel and previously served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. She has 20+ years’ experience in both the tech and the sportswear industries providing legal, business development, international trade and human resources advice. She received a double degree from Pacific University in Biology and English and a juris doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She is also a registered patent attorney. Jennifer has founded two non-profits, one while a student at Pacific and was CEO of a joint venture between Motorola and InFocus. Jennifer has diverse expertise that spans five continents with multi-national companies like Nike, InFocus, Viewpoint and Keen Footwear.

Jennifer has a passion for teaching, having taught both Business Principals and International Intellectual Property at the Lewis and Clark law school for several years. Her personal interests include fishing, writing and gardening.
