Why Study International Business?
Open up a world of career opportunities and make an impact across cultures and countries.
In today’s global economy, almost all business spans across countries. Organizations need to have a strong understanding of international markets, supply chains and intercultural communication. If you enjoy working with diverse cultures, international business could be a great fit for you.
Pacific University undergraduates with a major in business administration may choose an international business concentration. This concentration is designed for students pursuing a career in global business management in a variety of settings including for profit and not-for-profit organizations, industry, and government. In the international business concentration, you will work with expert College of Business professors in small classes where students have a chance to apply business concepts to case studies and simulation activities.
What Can You Do with an International Business Concentration?
Students build real-life skills through hands-on coursework and internship opportunities to prepare them for a career in international business. Our graduates find positions in public and private organizations, government, not-for-profit organizations, sales, research, advertising and promotion, management, and consulting.
