Office of Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid is located on first floor of Marsh Hall on the Forest Grove Campus. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (closed from 1-2 for lunch). Our office is closed Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm for our weekly staff meetings. It is recommended that you email your financial aid counselor to setup an appointment. You can find contact information for your financial aid counselor in your Financial Aid Self Service.

Secure Document Upload

To send the Office of Financial Aid documents such as your tax return or verification forms, please use the secure document upload.  Include your full name and Pacific ID number in the file name. Please be sure to sign all tax returns and documents when applicable.

Letters, forms, and other documents may be mailed to our office. Include your full name, Pacific ID number, and signature when applicable.
