The following scholarships and grants are avaialble to students enrolling in Pacific University graduate and professional programs. Each of the scholarships below has different eligibility requirements. Several are automatically awarded, but some require a separate scholarship application. Review details carefully, and contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions.
Alumni Association Legacy Endowed Scholarship
The Pacific University Alumni Association Legacy Endowed Scholarship is awarded annually to students who are children or grandchildren of Pacific alumni and are or will be attending Pacific University as a sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate or a student in one of Pacific's graduate programs. Deadline to apply is Feb. 13.
Boxer ‘Ohana Scholarship
The Boxer 'Ohana Scholarship is for the benefit of Pacific University students with academic promise and demonstrated financial need who are from the state of Hawai'i. Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students with junior standing and a 3.0 cumulative grade point average or full-time graduate students with a 3.0 cumulative grade point average or equivalent. Deadline to apply is March 1.
Arthur E. Schauermann Memorial Scholarship
The Arthur E. Schauermann Memorial Scholarship is a non-renewable award given annually to graduates of Forest Grove High School who will attend Pacific University as undergraduate or graduate/professional students. Prospective and current Pacific University students are eligible to apply. Deadline to apply is March 1.
Pacific University Veterans Endowed Scholarship
The Pacific University Veterans Endowed Scholarship provides support for veterans who are in good academic standing and have demonstrated financial need. Deadline to apply is March 1.
Berglund Center Inspired Ideas Competition
The Inspired Ideas Competition is designed for students of all majors/minors and rank (including graduate), to share their innovative ideas with a panel of judges and the public, for a chance of winning thousands of dollars in scholarships, professional and technical support and a chance at turning the idea into an actual prototype (product or service) during one academic year.
Henry Kaulia Endowed Scholarship
The Henry Kaulia Endowed Scholarship provides financial support to a student with an interest in becoming an educator who is from the state of Hawai‘i, or who has one or more parents or grandparents from Hawai‘i. An educator can be any major or minor and examples include teachers, coaches, and athletic trainers. One $1,000 award is available to a junior, a senior and an undergraduate alumnus of Pacific who is enrolled in a Pacific graduate program. Deadline to apply is March 1.
