The McCall Center for Civic Engagement at Pacific University is looking for workshop facilitators to participate in our annual Spirit of Civic Engagement Summit, scheduled for Saturday March 15, 2025. The theme is Civic Engagement in Polarizing Times and the audience will be a select group of students, faculty/staff, and community partners engaged in service and activism in our community.

Body

As travel begins during the winter break, your safety is our utmost concern. The university wants to remind those who do not carry a valid U.S. passport to be cognizant of potential changes to the immigration landscape in the United States. We want every member of our community to be informed and feel safe this winter break season. Please find additional information in your email, dated Dec. 11, 2024.

The Pacific University Symphonic Band’s spring concert will take place on Saturday, April 26 at 7:30pm in McCready Hall. The performance will be Dr. Burch-Pesses’ final concert before retiring after 30 years of teaching at Pacific.

The Indigenous Student Alliance is proud to host its second annual powwow in collaboration with the Beaverton/Hillsboro School District Indian Ed program. This year's powwow will honor Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Persons. Attendees are encouraged to wear red in honor of our missing and murdered brothers and sisters.
