Hotel room rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.416% percent) in effect at check-in time. Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons. Charges for a third/fourth person are $40.00 per person per night, except for no additional charge for children (18 years old and under) when accompanied by a paying adult. Check-in is 4:00 PM, Check out is 12:00 PM

**HOTEL cancelations within (30) thirty days prior to the date of arrival will be charged two nights' room and tax.

Discounted Self-Parking is $20/per night
Parking charges at the resort are currently $30.00 per day for self-parking and $40.00 per day for valet parking, not inclusive of state tax (currently 4.166%)

Gratuities 
Porterage gratuities are $12.00 per person, round trip, not inclusive of state tax (currently 4.166%). These mandatory charges will be posted directly to the individual guest room.

Guaranteed Reservations 
All reservations must be accompanied by a two-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by Group. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

HOTEL CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, December 9, 2024,

Cancelation Policy 
Island Eyes Conference registration can be canceled up to one week before the event with a refund, less a $40 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted within one week of the event date, regardless of circumstance.
