Consumer Information
The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on Aug. 14, 2008, and reauthorize the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). The HEOA of 2008 contains numerous federal reporting and disclosure requirements for information from various administrative areas of higher education institutions. In order to make this information readily available, the Office of Institutional Research & Assessment (OIRA) has created this content, which is designed to provide quick access to these data.

- “Drug convictions no longer affect federal student aid eligibility. When you complete the FAFSA form, you will be asked whether you had a drug conviction for an offense that occurred while you were receiving federal student aid.
