Rental Reservation, Cancelation, and Return Policy:
Please contact us via email outdoors@pacificu.edu or call us at (503) 352-2264 to cancel a rental reservation. Rentals canceled after 3pm the day preceding the pick-up or no shows for pick-up will incur a $5 processing fee.
All weekend rentals are due back the following Monday by 4pm. An additional daily charge will be accrued (after the rental due date) for any missing equipment until the gear is returned in full. Any damaged or missing gear must be paid for by the renter upon the discretion of OP staff.
Gear Rental Pricing
Pricing for gear is scaled based on the categories of:
Students: Undergraduate and Graduate
Affiliate: Alumni/Faculty and Staff
Non-Affiliate: Community Members
Pricing is set at a weekend rate (4 total days upon pickup and return). Any additional days rented beyond 4 days will incur the additional day charge.

Rental Policy | Term of rental includes the afternoon before the first day of use and the business day after the final day of use. Late fees are charged after 4 p.m. on the day of return. Gear can be reserved only with full payment in advance.
