Do you want to take the next step beyond understanding behavioral health? Do you want to devote your career to making a healthier world?
A minor in psychological health and well-being will equip you to understand the connections between biological, psychological and physical health, while working to promote the well-being of individuals and communities. You’ll learn about research and theory on stress and its management. And you’ll apply your competencies by exercising opportunities for leadership and civic and campus engagement.
The psychological health and well-being minor is intended to enhance the curriculum for students who intend to pursue careers in the social, health, and/or mental health services and/or graduate study in the health professions, social work, or counseling and/or clinical psychology.
