Conference Housing
Pacific University offers several residence halls to fit the needs of your conference. Traditional and apartment-style rooms are available from late May to July 30. University Dining Services, administered by Bon Appetit Management Company, provides a fresh and delicious daily menu catering for any event, conference, or meeting.
Traditional Residence Halls
Walter Hall and McCormick Hall
These residence halls have a combination of rooms. Most rooms are double occupancy with two twin beds, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and enough closet space for two people. Single, triple, and quad rooms are available. As with most traditional residence halls, community bathrooms with private showers are available on each floor.
Residence Halls with Apartments
Burlingham Hall, Gilbert Hall, and Vandervelden Court
These residence halls have a combination of apartments with three or four bedrooms for up to six people. Most apartments have kitchens or kitchenettes. Each apartment has two bathrooms and a furnished living area. Each bedroom contains a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet.
*Vandervelden Court is not an enclosed hall. Each apartment has its own outside entry. Each apartment has four single bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Room Keys and Building Key Cards
All residence halls are equipped with secure entrances. Each guest staying in a residence hall is given a key card, which will give them access to their specific hall. Keys unlock specific rooms or apartments.
