Boxer Tales: Fraser Horn

Dr. Fraser Horn is an assistant professor and the director of Washington County clinics for the Pacific University College of Optometry. He teaches Communication and Patient Care and also serves as a co-instructor for sports vision courses. Dr. Horn maintains a part-time practice in primary care optometry and is a graduate of Pacific University.
