Pacific EyeClinic Beaverton is a full-service clinic offering eye and vision examinations. Pacific EyeClinic Beaverton is one of several Pacific EyeClinic locations operated by the Pacific University College of Optometry. The clinic is open to the public by appointment. 

 

Vision & Eye Care Services

The Beaverton clinic is home to our specialized 3D Vision services. We are equipped to diagnose and treat eye coordination problems that affect 3D vision. Using state of the art technology to measure binocular vision performance, the 3D Vision Service is fully-equipped with a movie theater for one. We  offer treatments, including prismatic and 3D polarized prescriptions, that will allow many to comfortably see 3D when they never could before. If you are experiencing an ocular emergency, please call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing an eye/vision urgency after hours, please contact our on-call doctor at 503-616-6049.

To schedule or change an appointment during clinic hours:

If an emergency requires that you change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible so you can be rescheduled in a timely manner.

 

Fees

Payment for vision examinations and other services is required at the time when care or service is rendered. Payment may be made by cash, check, major credit card, or acceptable insurance plan including state and federal coverage. Payment is required in full before frames, lenses, or contact lenses will be dispensed. We will also bill your insurance for you. Please be sure to contact the Pacific EyeClinic with specific insurance questions before your appointment.

We accept most vision and medical insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (depending on plan), and Oregon Health Plan/Care Oregon Plan (Plus and Standard). For patients in financial need who are not covered by an insurance plan, we offer a variety of reduced fee and other payment options. Fees for services not included in the complete examination, such as glasses, contact lenses, or special treatments, are extra. Prices for contact lenses and additional services can be obtained by calling our staff at the clinic.
