Please join Pacific University for our biannual professional development session for community partners and local employers. Hosted by the McCall Center for Civic Engagement and Academic and Career Advising, this free series helps employers prepare to welcome the Gen Z workforce and maximize their 21st century skill-set. The Spring 2025 theme is “Giving Constructive Feedback” and will highlight supportive feedback strategies that help young professionals improve their performance and/or grow their impact.

Partner with Pacific will take place on Pacific’s Forest Grove campus on the morning of March 6th (directly before our Spring Work & Service Fair). Fair attendees are specifically encouraged to attend, however the session is open to all interested community partners and local employers.

This one-hour professional development training will bring together experienced supervisors and experts (e.g. from the local business community and Pacific University faculty), and will feature student representatives to share their own experiences. An RSVP is not required but is strongly recommended to ensure we have sufficient coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries!

Following Partner with Pacific, attendees are invited to further network with Pacific University staff and faculty at the Work & Service Fair’s “Reception Corner” and will be given the opportunity to help select the topic for the Fall 2025 session.

We hope you can join us and welcome you to bring interested guests!
