The Pacific University Symphonic Band’s fall concert will take place on Saturday, November 23 at 7:30 p.m. in McCready Hall. The repertoire will be a mix of new and proven works for band, including the famous “First Suite in Eb” by Gustav Holst and the beautiful “Concertino” by Cecile Chaminade, featuring flutist Sanne Cai. Newer compositions will include Omar Thomas’s “Of Our New Day Begun” and “Siren Songs” from Andrew David Perkins’ award-winning “TUEBOR Suite.”
