Dr. McNair, a Partner at Sova and Senior Consultant with AAC&U, has been instrumental in shaping transformative strategies for inclusive excellence. She is the co-author of From Equity Talk to Equity Walk and Becoming a Student-Ready College, and has been honored with the NASPA Outstanding Contribution to Higher Education Award and an honorary degree from Franklin Pierce University.
