Join us “In Community at Pacific” – Faculty & Staff Social Gatherings! 

Pacific University is exploring new opportunities for faculty and staff to connect in a casual, supportive space. These gatherings aren’t about professional development—they’re about building camaraderie, fostering solidarity, and enjoying time together outside of work.  

We’re considering:  

• Monthly Zoom gatherings - during a lunch hour or in the evening  
• In-person happy hours - alternating between Forest Grove & Hillsboro at off-campus locations

Membership in affinity groups, as well as attendance at affinity group events, is open to all employees of Pacific University. These groups provide spaces for individuals to connect around shared interests, experiences, and community-building efforts. Participation is not restricted by race, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic, and all are welcome to engage in discussions and activities.
