What is Boxer Giving Day?
Boxer Giving Day is Pacific University’s 36-hour annual fundraising event, bringing together alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends to support the scholarships, programs, and experiences that help students thrive.
This year, Boxer Giving Day runs from 8 a.m. PST on Tuesday, Feb. 25, to 8 p.m. PST on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Our goal is to get 1,000 gifts for Pacific and we have a special goal to celebrate the university's 175th anniversary with 175 donors to the Boxer Spirit Fund!
What makes my gift on Boxer Giving Day special?
Boxer Giving Day is an opportunity to maximize your impact thanks to generous challenge funds provided by fellow donors. Challenges are unlocked when a certain number of gifts are made to a fund.
How can I make my gift?
- Online: The fastest and easiest way to give! Visit pacificu.edu/BoxersGive
- By phone: Call 503-352-2211 to make a credit or debit card gift.
- By mail: Send checks payable to Pacific University with "Boxer Giving Day" in the memo line. Gifts must be received by Feb. 28 to count toward our goal.
- Mail to: Pacific University, UC Box A-162, 2043 College Way, Forest Grove, OR 97116
- In person: Stop by our Boxer Giving Day booths on campus to make a gift, enjoy treats, and celebrate with fellow Boxers!
- Forest Grove – Marsh Hall 312 Lobby (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Feb. 25-26)
- Hillsboro – Health Professions Building 2, Atrium (12 - 4 p.m., Feb. 26)
- Donation envelopes will also be available at mail services on both campuses for added convenience.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! You will receive a tax receipt for your gift.
Can I make a pledge for Boxer Giving Day?

Can I make a gift through a donor-advised fund, stock, or other giving method?
Yes! To make a gift through a donor-advised fund, IRA charitable rollover, stock transfer, or planned giving, please contact our team at 503-352-2211 or give@pacificu.edu.
