Forms & Documents | Study Abroad
Pacific University no longer requires participants in study abroad programs to be vaccinated for Covid-19. Nevertheless, participants in study abroad programs should verify if their host country has any Covid-19 travel requirements, and follow CDC rules and recommendations for international travel. Furthermore, Covid-19 and other vaccines may be required for anyone participating in clinical rotations or internships within healthcare settings, K-12 schools, or other community businesses or organizations. Please refer to your specific program or site requirements for more information.
Important note to all international travelers: Please check Government Travel Advisory & Alerts, and enroll in the Smarter Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) before you go.
