Career Readiness for Students | College of Business

Welcome to the College of Business Career Readiness

Pacific University’s College of Business created Career Readiness to offer additional, specialized, one on one support to students and alums. Corporate employers and community partners now also have a single point of contact for internship and employment opportunities.
The Office of Career Readiness is charged with:

• offering a supportive, comprehensive, student experience from day one of students' college career
• creating a sustainable internship program for current students
• engaging corporate employers and community partners in establishing talent pipelines
• drawing support from Pacific's extensive Alumni Network
• advising the Boxer Club and recruiting students to join this strong, student-led club
