I invite you to join me Monday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. for a virtual commemoration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, hosted by the Office of Student Affairs and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, in partnership with the Undergraduate Student Senate and the Human Rights Council of Washington County.
Oregon has begun initial distribution of two COVID-19 vaccines to high-priority populations. While the promise of these vaccines is great, we also know that it likely will take some time before vaccines are widely available to the general public.
Public Safety Alert
Please use extra caution when walking on Pacific University’s Forest Grove Campus. Following the heavy rains and winds of the past couple days, campus trees may be unstable, and falling branches may pose a safety hazard.
Sigrid Roberts
Sigrid Roberts and Nicola Carter, professors in the Pacific University School of Pharmacy, have been awarded a competitive, three-year grant from the National Institutes of Health to research treatment for a neglected tropical disease called leishmaniasis.
