Returning to Campus for Spring 2021 | Undergraduate COVID-19 Protocols

Undergraduates returning to the Forest Grove Campus, please follow the directions below for COVID-19 testing protocols based on your own situation. Graduate and professional students, please refer to your program for guidelines.

If you have arrived on campus without a COVID-19 test, or you have been staying on campus through the break and have not yet had a COVID-19 test: Schedule a test at the Student Health Center between Monday, Jan. 11 and Wednesday, Jan. 13. Make Your First Test Appointment

If you have had your first COVID-19 test prior to your arrival on campus and need to have a second COVID-19 test: Schedule a test at the Student Health Center between Thursday, Jan. 14 and Friday, Jan. 15. Make Your Second Test Appointment

If you have already had two negative COVID-19 tests within the month: You are finished with this testing process.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 90 days: You do not need to get a COVID-19 test, but you do need to notify the University Monitoring and Support Team (MST) at covidmst@groups.pacificu.edu.

If you begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19: Complete the Illness Survey and seek medical care as needed at the Student Health Center or your primary healthcare provider.
