Affinity groups play an important role in an inclusive campus community. Membership in affinity groups — as well as attendance at affinity group events — is open to all members of the Pacific community who support the mission, goals, and values of the affinity group.

The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities evaluators will be on campus Oct. 4 to 6, as part of our accreditation cycle and evaluation of how we deliver on our university mission. Evaluators want to hear from faculty, staff, and students at one of the open forum opportunities to share your favorite stories and experiences that meet our mission.
Pacific's 2023 Security and Fire Safety Report includes crime and fire statistics from 2020, 2021 and 2022. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses.
Many of the construction activities this week are continuing from last week. Brace walls continue to be installed on level 1, MEP and fire sprinkler work continues throughout the building, and windows are being installed.

The National Endowment for the Humanities grant provides funding for professor Lorely French to continue her work transcribing notebooks by Roma artist, activist and Holocaust survivor Ceija Stojka.
Any student, staff or faculty member parking in the lot next to the Northwest Pain Institute, located at 2005 Cedar St. in Forest Grove, will be towed at the owner's expense. Northwest Pain Institute will begin towing non-patient vehicles on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023. Signs have been posted.
