At the start of August (well actually July 31) we welcomed a new cohort of Three-Year PharmD Students, our first ever cohort of Five-Year PharmD Students and Stand-alone MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences students!

Have you talked to your faculty advisor lately? For most of us, the answer is probably “no.”  Some of us barely talk to our spouses, children, or parents! My faculty advisor hasn’t worked at Pacific for over a decade (I’m talking about you, Kenny Jackson).  We get a newsletter once in a while (like now…).  
The Northwest Experiential Consortium (NWPEC) is made up of seven pharmacy programs located in the Northwest Region and includes (Pacific University, Oregon State University, University of Washington, Washington State, University of Montana, University of Wyoming, and Idaho State University).
In July 2023, Pacific University School of Pharmacy had two new faculty join our program, Alina Yanovich and Nathan Doctor. Learn more about them. 
Our School is proud to offer the first in the country, Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) approved and currently available 5-year extended PharmD program, an extended version of our high-quality accelerated 3-year PharmD program.

Pacific University School of Pharmacy hosted 11 undergraduate students over the summer to perform research in pharmaceutical sciences.
OHWI is proud to welcome the 51 Pacific University Physician Assistant Studies, Pharmacy, and Occupational Therapy students joining the sixth cohort of the Oregon AHEC Scholars Program.
