Public Health Update
On March 23, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown issued a new executive order (No. 20-12) requiring Oregon residents to stay home as much as possible to slow the spread of COVID-19. We offer students a guide to navigating the “Stay Home, Stave Lives” phase of this pandemic.

Three Pacific University graduate programs were noted as among the best in the United States for 2021 by U.S. News & World Report, which released its rankings of graduate health programs this month.

The employee self-quarantined as soon as symptoms began. Pacific is contacting individuals who are known to have been in close contact and asking them to remain home and monitor conditions. The office space is closed for cleaning.
It is absolutely our intent to schedule an opportunity to celebrate the Classes of 2020 in person and give you an opportunity to cross the stage, whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, when it is safe to do so. The cancelation of the May ceremony is only an indication that this will not happen in May, and we are not yet able to reschedule.
Pacific is transitioning to online courses by April 1. Some programs are paused for this transition, while others continue. Learn more about how to make a successful transition to online classes. 
It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing new adjustments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of this pandemic is touching every aspect of our lives, and the situation is changing rapidly.
