Staff Senate's Staff Professional Development Committee is hosting a wellness workshop led by Pacific's Mental Health Promotion and Prevention Specialist Graham Turner. The 90-minute workshop is titled Same Soup; Different Spoon: Cultivating Self-Compassionate Coping.

Faculty member Kara Lanning '07 and student Brodie Buchert '25 are conducting research to identify water-based pathogens and their effective on native plants in reclaimed natural areas in Pacific's backyard.
To participate in this year's Halloween costume contest, individuals and groups are required to submit a participation form no later than 9 a.m., Monday, Oct. 28. The annual Halloween Costume Contest and Halloween Reception will be held on Thurs., October 31. Employees are invited for treats and to learn who the costume winners are from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both the Hillsboro and Forest Grove campuses.
