Summer break is just around the corner, and so is Summer Reading! Read your way towards exclusive buttons and a chance to win literary prizes. Students, staff and faculty are all encouraged to participate!
If you haven’t heard by now, Starbucks on the Forest Grove Campus will be closing after May 18. Construction in that space will commence the day after closure and will continue throughout the summer. What will be replacing that space? A new coffee shop inspired by feedback collected from staff, students & faculty.

Duncan Anderson's '24 senior capstone research project is helping a Hawaiʻi company improve its product in a quest to reduce methane emissions from livestock.
Assisting at Commencement on May 18 is a great opportunity to celebrate the Class of 2024! The Commencement Planning Team is still seeking 10 more Boxers to lend a hand. The commencement committee has jobs for everyone, from handing out programs and showing guests to their seats to driving guests around in a golf cart. 
Thank you to all who voted in the recent Staff Senate elections. We are pleased to announce the following nine staff members who have been elected for a two-year term beginning July 1.   
On Wednesday, May 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the UC Commons (Forest Grove Campus), we will have three local coffee roasters tabling so you can taste their coffee. You will be able to vote on your favorite to help us determine which one will be proudly brewed in our new coffee shop and across our campuses!
