Practice/Research Interests

Prof Schlump has practiced in Orthopedic Surgery focusing on Pediatric Ortho. Her interests include continued education in the field of Medical Ethics. She also enjoys participating in research regarding innovative treatment options in Orthopedic surgery as well as long term studies observing post op outcomes. 

Outside the Classroom

She can often be found outside, trail running, skiing, backpacking, traveling and planning her next adventure with friends and her four legged sidekick, Ruthie. Except on the most rainy days, when she is baking or curled up with a good book. (Always seeking suggestions!!)
