Moving Expenses
Pacific University may provide eligible employees for relocation reimbursement. Please review the Relocation and Moving Expense policy for details. For questions relating to moving expenses, please contact hraccount@pacificu.edu.
Eligible employees should work with their program administrative assistant to remit a Supplemental Pay Request Form, including executed offer letter, to Payroll. All Relocation reimbursements are processed on the next regular pay date after the request has been approved.
Note: Relocation reimbursements are taxable income at the Federal and State Supplemental Tax Rate.
