Pacific EyeClinic Cornelius is part of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Cornelius. The EyeClinic offers complete eye/vision care along with special services, including Spanish translation for Hispanic patients.

Pacific EyeClinic Cornelius is located in the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Cornelius. Parking is available on-site, and TriMet bus route 57 stops a half-block from the clinic.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday | 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

EyeTrends (Optical) Services Update
Due to staffing issues, kindly note that our optical department is only able to provide services to patients covered by the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Lions' Club Vouchers, and VSP Vouchers. 

Regrettably, we are unable to process insurance plans for glasses materials during this interval and regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept any external prescriptions during this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are eager to resume serving all your eyewear needs in the near future. Thank you for choosing EyeTrends for your eye care.

Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an ocular emergency, please call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing an eye/vision urgency after hours, please contact our on-call doctor at 503-616-6049.

Fees

We accept most vision and medical insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (depending on plan), and Oregon Health Plan/Care Oregon Plan (Plus and Standard). For patients in financial need who are not covered by an insurance plan, we offer a variety of reduced fee and other payment options. Fees for services not included in the complete examination, such as glasses, contact lenses, or special treatments, are extra. Prices for contact lenses and additional services can be obtained by calling our staff at the clinic numbers above.
