Environmental Nonprofit Leadership Concentration

Prepare to make local and global change with an environmental nonprofit concentration as part of your Master of Nonprofit Leadership at Pacific University.

Local and regional environmental organizations have unique attributes and missions that guide their direction and actions. Within the environmental community nature-based learning centers consist of all the common challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities of other nonprofits plus the stewardship of lands and conservation. Students explore these unique challenges with best practices through conversation with seasoned practitioners, consultants and donors in the environmental nonprofit-themed colloquium tracks (NPL 503 and NPL 570) during virtual residencies.

Students also choose an environmental nonprofit focus for their field placement or project in action (NPL 600).
