The Business Development team is composed of students whose responsibility is to help craft the business plan for each incubating project, provide feedback and guidance in aspects of market analysis, marketing and promotion, financial analysis and viability, as well as strategy.

Elizabeth (Libby) Harper

Accounting Major, Management Concentration, Japanese Minor, Graduate Year: 2024

Libby joined the Business Development team in 2020 and hopes to contribute to the Berglund Center's projects and promote innovation. Libby's work for the Berglund Center consists of marketing, writing business plans, and other various duties that relate to the business aspects of various projects. She is also a member of Pacific's Business Club and sits on the University's AANAPISI Student Success Council.

Lauren Fetzer

Psychology Major, Art & Design Minor. Class of 2023

Majoring in psychology, Lauren hopes To refine her concentration of study to focus on combining consumer behavior and engagement with 2D design and visual arts. Joining the Berglund Center’s Business and Marketing team in winter of 2022, she hopes to expand upon applicable skills and create connections. Her duties as part of the Business Team include social media management, graphic content creation, and aesthetic consultation.

Cassidy Moyer

Business Marketing Major, Sustainability and Graphic Design Minor

Cassidy is pursuing a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing as well as a double major in Sustainability and Graphic Design. Her main responsibilities are to market for the Berglund Center through social media, posters, and logo designs. In her free time, Cassidy enjoys being outdoors and cheering on the Pacific Cheer and Dance Team.

	Megan Inouye-Ng Business Major: Accounting 2020 Majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Megan hopes to contribute and develop distinct projects. She is a member of the Pacific University women’s soccer team.
	Maika K. Enhada Business Administration: Marketing Major & Integrated Media Minor Class of 2019 Majoring in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a Minor in Integrated Media, Maika aims to help uplift the different projects as a member of the Business Development Team. Maika began working in September of 2017. Maika has experience working in Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing. Maika is also a member of the men's soccer team at Pacific.
	Britnee Howard Business Administration: Accounting and Marketing Class of 2020 Britnee is a Junior and has concentrations in accounting and marketing. 	Jessica Takitani-Teshima Business Major (Accounting and Finance) May 2018 Jessica is a senior in the School of Business Administration and has concentrations in Accounting and Finance. At the Berglund Center for Innovation, Jessica is a part of a team that develops business strategies for various innovation projects. 	Mai Nguyen Business Administration: Accounting and Finance & Economics Minor Business Development Team Undergraduate Student, Class of 2018 My name is Mai Nguyen. I am a senior majoring in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Economics. I was born and raised in Viet Nam but three years ago, I moved to the U.S. for college. Through my previous expereinces, I have developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as a beneficiary of an informal youth development program in Vietnam nearly 10 years ago. Most recently, I had the chance to work with the Hillsboro School District to develop a marketing plan for their phonathon fundraiser. I am also a second year Resident Assistant at Pacific University. My experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how business and nonprofits can combine to seek to improve the quality of life in each region; one program at a time.
