Annual Sexual Misconduct Mandatory Training

Oregon passed bill (HB 3456) in 2023 that requires all students in institutions of higher education to complete an annual sexual misconduct prevention training.  

The training this year has been updated to be compliant with the 2024 Title IX changes and is now ready to be completed. On December 2, you will see this training sent to your email from a company called Vector LMS Solutions. The sender of the email will come in from "Pacific University" and the email address will contain @safecolleges or @vectorlmsedu.

When you receive this email, there will be a link that will direct you to the Vector Solutions website (this link is also available from the Online Tools page on the Pacific website). You will use your Pacific PUNet single sign on to login to your account. Once logged in, you will see your training under "My Assignments". You can pause the session at any time and it will save your progress. Please complete this required training by May 1, 2025.

Title IX is a federal law that expressly prohibits all forms of sex discrimination, which include sexual harassment, sexual assault and sexual violence. All Pacific University students, employees, affiliates and visitors are covered by Title IX requirements and protections.
