New Motorized Accessible Podium Available

We are excited to announce the arrival of a new motorized accessible podium, now available for use at your events and meetings across campus. 

The motorized podium is height adjustable, allowing users to easily customize its position to accommodate both standing and seated presenters. With simple controls, this podium enhances accessibility for individuals using wheelchairs or those who prefer to present while seated.

To reserve the podium for your next event or meeting, simply add it as part of your room request in the Event Management System (EMS). The podium is motorized so it will need an outlet nearby if you plan to use it.
