Join Student Counseling Center staff for this "lunch and learn" workshop exploring the impact of social media on mental health and how social media influences the way that we think, talk and share about mental health as a community.  Learn how to differentiate between helpful and harmful social media mental health content and strategies for making your own social media engagement meet your needs.

Social media across all formats is full of mental health information and we want to assist our campus community in navigating these spaces to expand their knowledge, learn about mental health and prevent the spread of misinformation!

This workshop will be 12-1:30PM in the Boxer Pause on Wednesday, October 16th.  If you have class at 1, please feel free to sign up and head out a little early!
