Our New Coffee Roaster Is: To the Roots

The votes are in… All three local coffee roasters that came to visit on May 1 in the UC Commons were a hit with the Pacific community. One of the coffee roasters got a few more votes than our second place roaster and after reviewing a variety of factors, including aligned missions, we are able to support a local, small business, and are excited for the chance to work closely with the roaster. Also, we were able to go with the top vote-getter!

We will proudly be serving To The Roots coffee beans on our Forest Grove and Hillsboro campuses. Thank you to everyone that participated!
