Event Staff Needed for Aug. 10 Commencement

Pacific University recently approved a new Commencement Floating Holiday to recognize the additional duties and contributions of exempt staff when assisting at the August 10 Commencement Ceremony.  

Salary-exempt staff who work at the August 10 Commencement will be awarded up to four commencement floating holiday hours to be used through June 30, 2025. Learn more about this new policy.

Hourly non-exempt staff must work with their supervisor to adjust their schedule or receive overtime to assist at commencement.
