New Policy Allows Commencement Event Staff to Accrue Floating Holiday

Pacific’s 2024 May Commencement is almost here! Join your colleagues on Saturday, May 18, and help with student support, guest seating, program distribution, shuttle driving, and more. 

Thank you to everyone who has already registered to work at Commencement.

There are many ways to help. Complete the registration form and select the time that works best for you, the 9 a.m. undergraduate student ceremony and/or the 1:30 p.m. graduate & professional student ceremony.

If you are an hourly or non-exempt employee, please work with your supervisor to adjust your schedule to assist at this event. Exempt staff are eligible to receive up to four hours of floating holiday time for assisting with one ceremony and up to eight hours for assisting with both ceremonies.
