Calling All Boxers for May 18 Commencement

Mark your calendars for Pacific’s Commencement on May 18, 2024 and help make the day extra special for our graduates! The university needs staff members to help with student support, guest seating, program distribution, shuttle driving, and more. It won't be the same without you! We’ll provide snacks and beverages for event staff. Register Now!

Commencement staff need to arrive on the Forest Grove Campus approximately two hours before the start of the undergraduate student ceremony at 9 a.m. and/or the graduate & professional student ceremony at 1:30 p.m.

If you are an hourly or non-exempt employee, please work with your supervisor to adjust your schedule to assist at this event. Exempt staff are eligible to receive up to four hours of floating holiday time for assisting with one ceremony and up to eight hours for assisting with both ceremonies.
