Lucille Yeomans MAT '97
Lucie is the founder and CEO of Your Career Ally. She specializes in crafting personal marketing materials and job search strategies for professionals at all stages of their careers, from new college grads and students interested in landing internships to rising professionals and executives.
She is a 7-time award-winning and published resume writer, recruiter-trained, certified LinkedIn profile writer, 3-time certified interview and salary negotiations coach, certified job search strategy coach, certified digital branding strategist and certified career management coach.
Lucie’s work has been published in Resumes and LinkedIn Profiles for New College Graduates (2023), Expert Resumes for Managers and Executives (2020), Resumes for Dummies (2019), and Modernize Your Resume (2018).
She also is the Vice President of the Resume Writers & Coaches Association, on the Board of Directors for the National Resume Writers’ Association, and an active member of Career Directors International, Career Thought Leaders and formerly Forbes Coaches Council.
