Balanced Activism: Staying Engaged without Being Consumed
Pacific University's first Spirit of Civic Engagement Summit is taking place on Saturday, April 6, and an amazing lineup of speakers have been confirmed. Hosted by the McCall Center for Civic Engagement, this event will bring together students, faculty, staff, and community partners for a half-day exploration of "Balanced Activism: Staying Engaged without Being Consumed".
Attendance at this event is by nomination only, but self-nominations are allowed, so if you or someone you know would like participate, please complete the nomination form.
Workshop sessions will be provided by a cross-section of non-profit and civic representatives, elected officials, academics, and student affairs professionals. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
