The Department of Campus Living is currently accepting applications for the Resident Assistant position for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The Resident Assistant (RA) position is more than just a job — it’s a leadership experience. An RA is a cornerstone of the Pacific community, a responsible leader, a caring helper, a knowledgeable resource, and an engaged community member. RAs develop relationships and communities that are integral to student success at Pacific.

Ideal candidates are motivated individuals who desire to serve their fellow students and the university in one of the most challenging, rewarding, and meaningful student jobs available. The RA position helps students develop skills in teamwork, leadership, confrontation, event planning, organization, administrative duties and professionalism.

- Attend a conversational interview with an area coordinator
- Attend a question-based interview with Campus Living staff
