A reminder from the Business Office: In anticipation of winter break and upcoming holidays, Accounts Payable is sharing deadlines for check requests as well as the schedule of when checks will be issued.

Pacific University will be closed for winter break starting Dec. 21, 2023, and will reopen on Jan. 2, 2024. 

Winter Break
Requests due: Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, by 5 p.m.
Check issued: Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 (last check run for 2023)

1st Check Run 2024
Requests due: Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, by 5 p.m.
Check issued: Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Requests due: Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2024, by 5 p.m.
Check issued: Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024

As we near the winter months please consider the possibility of inclement weather, and plan early and accordingly, especially for travel advances!
