MNL Info Session Tackles How to Tackle Difficult Conversations
Managing people can be challenging. Join us for a 15-minute discussion at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, with Stella Premo on how to tackle a difficult conversation and learn about the skills needed for a successful outcome.
Premo is the executive director of the Capital Region Family Business Center and is an instructor for the Managing People course with the Master of Nonprofit Leadership program at Pacific University.
Following Premo’s presentation, Corky McReynolds, program irector, and Jim Moore, interim director of the School of Social Sciences, will facilitate a discussion with questions and answers for participants about the program’s unique design and approach to professional development.
The online Master of Nonprofit Leadership at Pacific University begins its next cohort in January 2024. The program features experts from the nonprofit field with best practices from the profession.
