Plan for Year- End Paycom Updates
It's time for employees to update and verify your information in Paycom.
Pacific University uses Paycom as its system of record for employees. Paycom allows faculty, staff, and student workers to have 24/7 access to view and edit personal information including paystubs, W2s, benefit information, direct deposit, and time off accruals.
- Please verify your current mailing address in Paycom Employee Self-Service prior to the end of November so that W-2s can be mailed to the correct address.
- We encourage you to opt in to digital W-2s in Paycom Employee Self-Service. Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms >W2 to update your election option. NOTE: Opting in to digital W-2s will not generate a paper W-2 sent through the mail.
- Employees can change their W-4 anytime. Now may be a good time to review tax status and make changes if needed.
