Calling All Boxers for Commencement

Commencement wouldn’t be the same without you. Please consider volunteering on Saturday, May 20, for one or both ceremonies, and welcome our graduates and their guests to the Forest Grove Campus for one of the most important celebrations in a family’s life. 

It takes a great team of Boxers to help make Commencement a success. Volunteers assist in many ways with student and guest support. If you like to drive, consider driving a golf cart and shuttling guests around campus. Are you more of a people person? Consider greeting and showing guests to their seats and handing out programs.

Complete the event staff registration form and select the time that works best for you, the 9 a.m. undergraduate student ceremony and/or the 1:30 p.m. graduate & professional student ceremony. Thank you to everyone who has already registered. 

Event staff members need to arrive on the Forest Grove Campus approximately two hours before the ceremony starts. Pizza, snacks and beverages will be provided.
