NHOH Hosts Giving Tree 2022
The Pacific University Hawai’i Club, Nā Haumāna O Hawai‘i (NHOH), is hosting its annual Holiday Giving Tree project for members of the Western Farmer Workers Association.
The WFWA is an all-volunteer independent membership organizing drive of low-income farm and seasonal workers. NHOH and WFWA have partnered on this annual tradition since 1999.
Please consider a donation of a toy or clothing to brighten the holiday for 80 children.
Instructions
Drop by the NHOH Giving Tree tables in the UC from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, Nov. 15 -18, to select a recipient and create a card with a Hawaiian holiday greeting to include with your gift.
You can also sign up online!
Register and review the list of recipients and gift requests, and keep track of the recipient's Family ID number that you selected. Once you have purchased a gift, please deliver it to the HOP office, Clark Hall Room 218, by Nov. 30. Drop off is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Gifts should be unwrapped and labeled with the recipient's name and Family ID number.
