Yom Kippur
This year the date for Homecoming & Family Weekend unfortunately coincides with Yom Kippur. We regret the conflict and will seek to avoid this in the future. We wish a meaningful holiday for all who observe Yom Kippur.
- Two of the closest places of worship are the Chabad Jewish Center in Hillsboro and Congregation Beth Israel in Portland.
- Those who wish to participate in events before or after fasting may request a special meal, if needed, by contacting the Alumni Association at alumni@pacificu.edu or 503-352-2057.
Welcome Center
Guests are asked to check in for their events at the Homecoming Welcome Center. During check in guests can pick up essential materials and learn event locations. The Welcome Center is located inside Washburne Hall, University Center. The Welcome Center hours are:
- Thursday, Oct. 10 | 4 - 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 11 | 9 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

If your first event during Homecoming is off campus or on Sunday you do not need to check in at the Welcome Center, you can check in at the event.
Event Locations
Homecoming & Family Weekend events occur on the Forest Grove Campus unless otherwise noted. You will receive detailed locations for events upon check-in at the Welcome Center.
