U.S. Ambassador Ronald Neumann | Reflections on Afghanistan Lecture & Watch Party
Former US Ambassador to Afghanistan Ronald Neumann will be giving a lecture on "Reflections of Afghanistan" from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27. A watch party will take place in Walter Annex, Room 105.
Ambassador Neumann is the former U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan and former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State. He is the author of Three Embassies, Four Wars: A personal Memoir (2017) and The Other War: Winning and Losing in Afghanistan (2009). He is on the advisory board for a non-profit girls’ school in Afghanistan. Neumann earned a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside.
